Change your view by changing the way you view

Change your view by the way you choose to view it!

"You can view the exact same situation and see it differently. The "view" doesn't change but the way you view or see it does. In spirituality they refer to it as "seeing it from a different lens". Think about it as an actual lens. If you are far sited you will see things a certain way. With the correct glasses you will see things differently. With a telescope you see things change even more. Trying on sunglasses have you noticed different ones make the scenery look better or worse? And with no sunglasses sometimes it's so bright it makes you squint and hurts your eyes? But what you are looking at doesn't change. It just is what it is. But your perspective of it (how you are viewing it) is the only thing that changes. Yet your view is really what matters to you. Today try seeing situations through a different lens!"
